Somerset Insight
S.A.B. produces “Somerset Insight” which is a free, bi-annual newsletter for members which is produced with the help of a team of volunteers.
It is available in large print, Braille or on cassette tape and now available via this website.
Somerset Insight aims to keep people informed about any activities and services as well as providing helpful information on aids to daily living from our Resource Centre, our Talking Book Library and Fundraising Events.
Activities
S.A.B. aims to provide a range of activities across the county including craft classes, ten pin and lawn bowling groups, musical appreciation, ballroom dancing, games afternoon and swimming groups.
We also arrange an annual group holiday to the seaside with door to door transport.
S.A.B. holds self help groups as well as training and awareness courses.
